Migration from Kerala to UK
Started in second half in the post independence period
First wave migration was in south East Asia after Oil Boom in Gulf Countries
Migrated to Arab countries in 1970
Accompanied with Royal familes to the UK and then migrated to UK
The second wave happened in 1995 skilled workers in health sectors with the need of doctors, nurses and Para-medical staff
The third wave was in 2005-2010. They were migrated for medical and IT jobs in UK
